People and organizations make decisions based on what they see. But most of what determines human behavior is invisible.
No FATE makes it visible — so decisions can be more accurate, and mistakes do not become costly.
In particular, we help determine whether a person is suited to a professional role before both sides pay for the mistake.
Approach
Integral Instrumental Psychodynamic Diagnostics
Most assessment tools work with what is on the surface — what a person says about themselves or how they behave in standard situations. IIPD goes deeper: it simultaneously explores three levels of the psyche — the unconscious level, the layer of psychological defenses, and the behavioral level — and then integrates the results into a single picture. This delivers accuracy that conventional tests cannot match. And it eliminates blind spots — what a person cannot see in themselves, and what an organization cannot see in its people and culture.
The approach was described and defended in Mykhailo Vygdorchyk's dissertation in 1999. It has been applied in military structures, the corporate sector, and clinical psychology.
